For this week's edition of Wednesday Wisdom, I want to delve into the topic of visualization. I'll be honest - I don't spend time meditating or visualizing before every broadcast. It's one of those things that if I have the time, I get around to it. But I genuinely wish I made it more of a priority, and I want to try to do so because there's a wealth of scientific documentation supporting the power of visualization and meditation.

If you're not familiar with the research, I encourage you to go online and do some digging. You'll find some fascinating statistics and compelling cases demonstrating just how powerful visualization can be as a tool in various aspects of life, from sports performance to public speaking and beyond.
