Tony here.
The insane, exhausting run of 140 games in six months just wrapped up. The winter meetings are months away. From coast-to-coast, that silence you hear is the collective sound of most minor league baseball broadcasters sleeping in.
Baseball is a grueling grind, and as the minor league season wraps up, everyone deserves a chance to decompress and take a much-needed break.
But, you also want to make the most of your off-season, too. The next few months are your opportunity to intentionally grow with more bandwidth and attention you can give to your weaknesses, and these next few months will fly by.
Someone who knows the grind all too well is my good friend Brian Boesch. He spent eight years in the minors before becoming the voice of Michigan basketball. Brian was good enough to give us his two cents (or three) on how to turn this offseason into one where all your hard work with the foundation you laid this baseball season can be put to work for you. Without further ado, here’s Brian Boesch.
